Responsibilities:
- Ensure end user satisfaction through effective communication and first-time resolution
- Hardware and software installations and upgrades
- Active Directory Onboarding and offboarding
- Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (relevant work experience may be substituted for degree)
- 1 years of experience in IT Support position
- Windows 10/11 and Active Directory experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
