- Lead and oversee all branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Manage and support the commercial lending and loan origination processes.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 10-12 employees within the branch.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders in the community.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Drive business development and growth opportunities for the branch.
- 5-10 years of experience in banking, with a strong background in commercial lending and loan origination.
- Proven leadership experience in managing a branch or similar operational role.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and a sharp aptitude for leading teams.
- Previous experience managing a team of 10 or more employees.
- Familiarity with HR processes in a banking environment.
