The Market Coordinator assists the sales team by completing tasks efficiently and ensuring accurate documentation. This position operates as the sales center communication hub internally and externally.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Serves as administrative support for the experience specialist by scheduling new home orientations and closings
- Coordinates activities and communications surrounding the home closing
- Purchases and arranges items used for customer appreciation closing gifts
- Assists in scheduling real estate appraisals and answers questions regarding home specifications and lock box codes
- Researches market value comparisons to help resolve low home appraisals
- Ensures paperwork and signatures required for listing agreements are completed accurately
- Guarantees the timely processing of purchase agreements
- Maintains inventory of office supplies
- Collaborates with other departments within the company, as needed
- Proficient in the use of Windows and Macintosh operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to learn and utilize new software
- Excellent interpersonal skills required
- Superior organizational and time management skills required
- Works in a temperature-controlled office environment, with medium noise levels
- Prolonged periods of sitting required
- Occasionally required to walk, stand, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
