Procurement Coordinator

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00

Position: IT Procurement Coordinator

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Procurement Coordinator to join their team!

This opportunity offers the chance to play a critical role in managing contracts, supporting financial processes, and contributing to operational efficiency. This position is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement. The role includes collaborating with various teams, ensuring accuracy in billing, and adapting to new financial systems. It’s a dynamic environment with training opportunities and the chance to work within a supportive and innovative organization.

Responsibilities:

• Review and renew contracts, liaising with internal teams to ensure compliance with budget and operational needs.
• Draft and process new contracts through established workflows for approval.
• Oversee change orders and purchase order (PO) setup from initiation through completion.
• Act as a backup for claim payer tasks during emergencies or staff absences.
• Monitor billing processes to prevent errors and ensure no duplicate charges occur.
• Utilize Oracle Systems for tracking, with upcoming training provided for a transition to PeopleSoft Financials.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in contract management and financial operations.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle or similar.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  
  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Financials.
• Experience identifying and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and workflows.
