The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for crafting winning proposals and collaborating with leadership to deliver innovative solutions that make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive proposal plans, including storyboarding, team assignments, win strategies, and kickoff meetings, to craft competitive and compelling proposals.
- Facilitate review processes (e.g., pink team evaluations), refine proposal content, and create impactful visuals and graphics to meet client requirements.
- Manage post-submittal activities, including interviews, contract negotiations, and ensuring successful delivery of proposal services and project outcomes.
- Track and support project metrics such as safety, budget, diversity goals, and community involvement, and assist with industry award submissions.
- Represent the company at professional events, trade shows, and conferences to build networks and enhance marketing efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field, and at least 4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales within a professional services firm.
- Applicable years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry
- APMP (Certified Proposal Management Professional) certification.
