Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Revenue Manager to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead Revenue Reporting Team – Oversee daily activities, ensure deadlines are met, and provide mentorship.
- Ensure Compliance – Maintain adherence to US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and internal controls; review contracts for revenue accuracy.
- Audit & Reporting – Manage internal/external audit requests, review financial reports, and support SEC reporting.
- Revenue Oversight – Monitor month-end close, accruals, and revenue reporting processes; present PPA reports to leadership.
- Process Improvement – Identify automation opportunities, enhance workflows, and drive efficiency in revenue accruals.
- Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with Production, Division Order, and Operations to resolve escalated issues.
- Training & Development – Mentor and train team members, oversee hiring needs, and manage personnel matters.
- Other Duties – Assist with general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, volumetric reporting, and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum five (5 ) years of Oil and Gas Accounting experience
- At least five (5 ) years of demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office, (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Experience with SAP

- Onsite; Monday to Thursday (9-hour days), with a half-day on Friday (4 hours).
