Responsibilities
- Handle month-end close activities and reconcile sub-ledger accounts to the general ledger
- Perform general journal entries and respond to internal inquiries professionally
- Support external audit processes and prepare related schedules
- Work with individual branches to prepare and organize invoices
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3 years of accounting experience in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- Enterprise level experience in a high volume environment
- Public accounting experience
- CPA certification
- Background in construction industry accounting
- Experience with ERP systems and ticketinig processes
