We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator II to join our team!
We are a predominantly virtual environment, operating as a VMWare shop with 95% Windows Servers and 5% Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). Our infrastructure consists of over 1000 virtual servers and over 100 physical hosts distributed across a couple of data centers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support all compute workloads and storage in a highly available configuration, ensuring data protection.
- Administer various third-party applications and collaborate with internal development teams for proprietary applications.
- Implement proactive monitoring for all critical systems to ensure uptime and performance.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure.
- Experience: 4 years managing VMWare environments, with strong knowledge of storage solutions (Pure Storage experience is a plus), backup and high availability (HA) principles, and Fibre Channel (Brocade experience is a plus).
- Cloud & Containers: 3-4 years of experience managing Azure and container products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
