Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary, determined based on experience and qualifications
- Minimum annual billable hours requirement: 1,850 – bonus tied to hours / collections
- Bonus eligibility linked to both hours billed and collections
- Associate level base salary, $110,000 - $130,000 base salary (0-5 years): estimated $15,000 bonus, with potential for higher payouts
- Member level base salary, $130,000 - $150,000 base salary (5-7 years): estimated bonus potential of $60,000 to $90,000
- Senior level base salary $150,000 (8 years): Bonus aligned with base salary (estimate double for on target earnings / total compensation)

- Graduated within the top 20% of their law school class
- Participated in law review and/or moot court
- A minimum of one year of civil litigation practice in either a public or private setting
- Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar

- Prior experience conducting depositions or appearing in court
- Proficiency with legal research tools and office software, including Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
