Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary, determined based on experience and qualifications
- Minimum annual billable hours requirement: 1,850 – bonus tied to hours / collections
- Bonus eligibility linked to both hours billed and collections
- Associate level base salary, $110,000 - $130,000 base salary (0-5 years): estimated $15,000 bonus, with potential for higher payouts
- Member level base salary, $130,000 - $150,000 base salary (5-7 years): estimated bonus potential of $60,000 to $90,000
- Senior level base salary $150,000 (8 years): Bonus aligned with base salary (estimate double for on target earnings / total compensation)

- Manage all phases of complex medical malpractice litigation, from client intake to trial and appeals.
- Conduct detailed legal research and create compelling case strategies.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Depose medical experts, other witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation.
- Guide and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with clients, experts, and colleagues.
- Graduated in the top 20% of law school class.
- Participated in law review and/or moot court.
- At least five years of substantive experience in medical malpractice law.
- Demonstrated success in handling medical malpractice cases.
- Solid understanding of medical terminology and ability to interpret complex medical records.
- Exceptional skills in research, writing, and oral advocacy.
- Strong organizational aptitude and time management proficiency.
- Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
