Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice law and a passion for advocating for the rights of our clients
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of complex medical malpractice cases, from initial client consultation to trial and appeal.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
- Draft persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Depose expert witnesses and opposing counsel.
- Represent clients in court and at mediation.
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, experts, and other legal professionals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven track record of success in medical malpractice litigation.
- Strong understanding of medical science and the ability to evaluate complex medical records.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Must be admitted to practice law in Arizona.
Education & Experience
- Top 20% of law school class.
- Law review and/or moot court experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical malpractice law.
