Job Title: Senior Portfolio Accountant

Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate US GAAP financial reporting for private real estate Fund/Separate Accounts
- Review third-party manager reports, ensuring compliance with accounting policies
- Analyze financial operations and explain variances
- Prepare quarterly financial statements for Investors
- Oversee annual external audit and tax returns, meeting all deadlines
- Review year-end property reconciliation billings
- Assist in monthly cash forecasting reports
- Review property management fee billings
- Foster positive relationships with third-party managers and accountants
- Perform other duties as directed by Directors of Accounting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 5 years of Fund Accounting, Portfolio Accounting or Property Management Accounting experience
- CPA is a plus
- Experience with Consolidated Financial Statements preparation
- Proficiency in property management software (Timberline, Yardi, Skyline, etc. )
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to and prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
