In the Customer Support Representative role, you will master the skills required to build strong customer relationships, enhance team collaboration, and effectively promote our clients' newest products. Through hands-on product demonstrations, our Customer Support Representatives engage customers and help them experience our clients’ offerings firsthand, driving sales and exceeding business targets. Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and present client products/services
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely, respectful, sensitive, and professional manner
- Connect with families through listening, honest communication, and genuine concern to meet their needs
- Develops an understanding of each family’s unique needs and offers solutions that provide value to them
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have regarding products, services, or pricing
- Work along side the Customer Support Representative team to master the features and benefits of our offerings, ensuring professional representation of our clients to prospective customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM at all times, including activity logs and pipeline
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, supporting a healthy and dynamic work environment
Customer Support Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in sales or customer support is preferred
- Strong communication skills: ability to engage customers in conversation, actively listen, and address their inquiries effectively
- Problem-solving skills: capacity to navigate challenging situations, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues on the spot
- Consistent professionalism, demonstrating respect and transparency when interacting with both customers and clients
- Reliable transportation
