In this role, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey, mastering the skills required to build strong customer relationships, enhance team collaboration, and effectively promote our clients' newest products. Through hands-on product demonstrations, while working with customers in person, you’ll engage with them directly and help them experience our clients’ offerings firsthand, driving sales and exceeding business targets. Entry Level Management Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have regarding products, services, or pricing
- Master the features and benefits of our offerings, ensuring professional representation of our clients to prospective customers
- Work closely with the management team to learn how to interview, train, and mentor new team members
- Gain expertise in lead generation through direct customer interactions
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, supporting a healthy and dynamic work environment
- Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction and optimize sales techniques
- Track individual performance metrics, striving to exceed sales targets and business goals
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring product availability and proper stock levels to meet customer demand
- Engage with customers in person and presenting client products/services
Entry Level Management Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in sales, management, account management, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills: ability to engage customers in conversation, actively listen, and address their inquiries effectively
- Problem-solving skills: capacity to navigate challenging situations, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues on the spot
- Consistent professionalism, demonstrating respect and transparency when interacting with both customers and clients
- Reliable transportation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
