Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead a complex and dynamic program within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud operations, program management, and client relations. This individual will oversee the execution of large-scale programs, ensuring that they meet client objectives, operational goals, and financial targets, while also providing technical guidance to contractor teams. The Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in achieving strategic objectives, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Management
Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of each client's business, organization, and objectivesManage day-to-day client interactions to ensure satisfaction and successSet and manage client expectations, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed expectationsEffectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer alternative business solutionsContinuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and deepen client relationshipsProgram / Project Management
Achieve operational objectives and contribute insights and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.Implement and maintain productivity and quality standards across the program.Provide clear technical direction and guidance to contractor staff to ensure the contract’s requirements and expectations are met.Define success criteria, monitor progress towards results, and ensure compliance with contract terms.Risk and Financial Management :
Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure program success.Meet financial objectives by forecasting resource needs, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions where necessary.Leadership & Oversight :
Manage multiple, multi-tiered projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.Lead and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring they have the necessary support and guidance to execute their responsibilities.Required Qualifications :
Experience :
Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in cloud operations.Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting the DoD ArmyDemonstrated experience managing client relationships, setting expectations, and delivering successful outcomes.Demonstrated experience with Agile DevelopmentProven track record of achieving operational goals and providing strategic input to senior leadership.Experience implementing and enforcing productivity and quality standards across large-scale programs.Expertise in identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing project finances.Significant experience managing multiple, multi-tiered projects and teams simultaneously.Education :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.Certifications :
Program or Project Management Professional (PgMP / PMP) certified.ITIL v3 certified.Security Clearance :
Active Top-Secret security clearanceAdditional Requirements :
