A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCH
As a Customer Service Rep - Dispatch for us, you are the voice of our company! You get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, manage inception members, track advertising sources, and dispatch technicians. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including entering information into the plumbing software system and QuickBooks. You also assist in various marketing efforts as you continuously improve your knowledge of the plumbing trade.
