What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building and Executing on RNA Capabilities position at Inceptive?
At Inceptive, you will drive development forward that could help billions of people. To accomplish this, you will be part of a collaborative, antedisciplinary team building our biological software.
We design RNA sequences using a combination of deep learning and wet lab experimentation. Making RNA molecules from designed sequences is crucial to achieve our mission. As part of Development, you will be responsible for synthesizing RNA molecules to enable measurement of RNA sequence properties and deep learning model performance. Additionally, you will contribute to developing new capabilities in RNA synthesis through new biochemical assay development and scaling them to accelerate data generation. In addition to ensuring high-quality data acquisition, you will be responsible for the development of standard-operating procedures, communicating results to the company at large, and improving our models through detailed record keeping.
