Job description
Incertec, a growing, profitable and successful plating company located in the north metro area, is looking for a front desk receptionist.
We are looking for an individual who has great people skills and can assist light duties in multiple departments.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Answer the main company phone line and direct to appropriate person
- Monitor and answer emails
- Welcome guests/auditors/interview candidates to our office
- Assist sales department on backup duties as needed
- Assist accounting department on backup duties as needed
- Act ethically and professionally in every interaction.
- Other duties as apparent or as assigned required to meet operational and business needs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required:
- HS Diploma
- Experience in customer service
- Speak and read English fluently
Preferred:
· Task oriented
· Self-starter
Attributes:
· Must possess strong attention to detail and time management skills
· Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and clients
Hours are somewhat flexible. This is an in-office position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
