We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Title Processor / Closing Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Open and process new title files efficiently and accurately
- Perform title examinations and work to clear any title issues
- Identify and resolve potential file concerns proactively
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the transaction
- Draft all required settlement documentation
- Prepare and balance Closing Disclosures (CDs) and settlement statements
- Coordinate and schedule closings with clients, agents, and lenders
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of all documentation
- Manage post-closing processes including document recording and policy issuance
- Collaborate with lenders, realtors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and service from start to finish
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in title processing or a related field
- PA and/or MD Title License preferred but not required
- PA and/or MD Notary Commission preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Qualia software preferred
- Understanding of title underwriting processes
- Basic accounting knowledge or background preferred
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism with a strong customer service mindset
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
