Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help elevate the customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Address customer requests, questions, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage customer service inquiries with accuracy and empathy
- Oversee sales transactions and ensure accurate order processing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets to qualify for incentive pay
- Educate customers on current promotions, products, and services
- Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism at all times
- Support in-store marketing efforts and participate in promotional events
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve store performance
- Work in a high-traffic retail setting with a diverse customer base
Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
