Executive Assistant
Incline P&C Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our dynamic administrative team. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the President, CEO, and other executive-level staff. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an adept problem solver, and an exceptional communicator.
Responsibilities
Executive Support: Assist executive-level staff with complex administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Document Preparation: Draft, compile, and edit letters, memos, invoices, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings by gathering necessary documents, presentations, and managing logistics. Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and record minutes for future reference.
Event Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of company-wide events, including coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring a high level of quality and engagement.
Communication Management: Receive and manage incoming communication, such as calls, emails, and letters, on behalf of executive staff. Distribute and respond accordingly, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Calendar Management: Maintain and manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events to optimize time utilization and prevent conflicts.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, in support of executive-level staff and overall company objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant executive support experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comprehensive knowledge of office administration and recordkeeping best practices
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
