Financial Business Systems Analyst Incline P&C Group is seeking an experienced Financial Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Financial Business Systems, this role will support US GAAP and NAIC statutory financial reporting for a Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Carrier. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include financial reporting and consolidations, ERP and financial systems administration, and tier-1 technical support. Responsibilities :
- Serves as business lead and subject matter expert in department business processes for the implementation of new or revised financial enterprise software system, processes and related systems and procedures.
- Provides configuration management, testing, and support for assigned financial subsystems.
- Performs responsibilities on an on-going basis for assigned Financial systems.
- Provides end user security management and configuration management for Financial systems. Provides support for configuration changes, workflow changes, and other system process modifications.
- Assists testing and implementation of system upgrades and modifications; assuring successfully tested before implementation to the live environment.
- Develops and documents workflow processes to create efficiency in the operation of Financial Systems.
- Creates and maintains system documentation and training contents for end-users and administrators.
- Perform other projects and support staff as needed. Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information systems, Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in financial systems.
- Strong computer skills, including workflow, approvals, business rules, data validation, and controls for enterprise financial systems.
- Understanding and interpreting financial system requirements from both business and technical perspective.
- Strong ability to perform root cause analysis for financial data discrepancies or system issues.
- Analyze and interpret complex financial data.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Effective verbal and written communicator with all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an administrator with multi-dimensional financial systems or ERP, preferably Workday.
- Prior experience using MS Excel, Visio (or any process flow software), Power BI, MS SharePoint.
- Prior experience with providing support to financial systems end-users.
- Prior Property and Casualty Insurance industry experience.
