Financial Business Systems Analyst
Incline P&C Group is seeking an experienced Financial Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Financial Business Systems, this role will support US GAAP and NAIC statutory financial reporting for a Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Carrier.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include financial reporting and consolidations, ERP and financial systems administration, and tier-1 technical support.
Responsibilities :
- Serves as business lead and subject matter expert in department business processes for the implementation of new or revised financial enterprise software system, processes and related systems and procedures.
- Provides configuration management, testing, and support for assigned financial subsystems.
- Performs responsibilities on an on-going basis for assigned Financial systems.
- Provides end user security management and configuration management for Financial systems. Provides support for configuration changes, workflow changes, and other system process modifications.
- Assists testing and implementation of system upgrades and modifications; assuring successfully tested before implementation to the live environment.
- Develops and documents workflow processes to create efficiency in the operation of Financial Systems.
- Creates and maintains system documentation and training contents for end-users and administrators.
- Perform other projects and support staff as needed.
