General Description: The Volunteer-in-Training (VIT) program at ISPT is designed for youth ages 13-15 who are eager to develop the skills needed to become effective Gymnastics Instructors, Birthday Party Facilitators or Camp Counselors. This is a volunteer position where we train for possible employment opportunities on our team.
While participating in the VIT program, you will be considered a volunteer and required to adhere to specific guidelines and restrictions. Please note that the VIT program is a training opportunity, and VITs are not paid. There may be opportunities to grow into one of paid staff positions.
Program Highlights:
Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. All inquiries about employment at these schools should be made directly to the school location, and not to US Swim School Association.
