We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team!
Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time BCBA to provide in-home assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities receiving Supported Living Services. This position requires a minimum of 96.75 billable hours per month, of which 75% of assessment hours and 80% of ongoing service hours must occur direct or face-to-face.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and analyses to identify environmental factors of which behavior is a function.
- Develop individualized treatment plans which include instructional & environmental modifications to produce socially significant improvements in client behaviors, through skill acquisition and the reduction of maladaptive behaviors.
- Provide direct, face-to-face ABA therapy and supervision to clients.
- Train and support caregivers and family members on ABA principles and intervention strategies.
- Conduct Nonviolent Crisis Prevention & Intervention Training (CPI) classes for caregivers on at least a quarterly basis.
- Monitor and analyze treatment progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards, including documentation and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support to clients.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate approach to client care.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in ABA therapy preferred.
- Strong skills in assessment, data analysis, and behavior intervention planning.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job-related travel.
