RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute comprehensive, integrated internal and external communications plans that drive stakeholder action.
- Serve as an effective counselor, influencer and best-practices advocate to senior leaders, developing proactive communications strategies based on a deep understanding of the organization’s needs.
- Work in close collaboration with colleagues across the global Communications team and key leaders across businesses and corporate functions.
You Are…
- Extensive experience translating complex ideas into simple, compelling communications, as well as cultivating productive and trusting relationships with senior leaders.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills characterized by speed, accuracy and the ability to multitask.
- The ability to anticipate leaders’ communications needs and plan accordingly.
- Proven experience designing effective communication for organizations undergoing transformation and significant organizational change.
- Excellent presentation skills and executive presence.
- Experience managing and using a wide array of communications tools and channels.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field, plus 5-10 years of related experience.
- Familiarity with communications technology including (or similar to) SharePoint, Microsoft suite, Poppulo is preferred.
- Experience working in global communications for a complex, matrixed organization across regions is preferred.
Salary: $100,000 to $130,000
