Inclusively is partnering with a major airline to hire a Program Manager, HR Project and Process Quality. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Five or more years of experience managing/leading enterprise technology initiatives, preferably as it relates to Application Development, Application Migration, Cloud Technology, or the Migration of Applications to a Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Experience successfully delivering solutions on an aggressive schedule.
  • Experience in business analysis, product/project management, or product development.
  • Experience using leading Scrum/Agile tools.
  • Experience managing, tracking and advising around product & project budgets as they align within scope.
  • Action Oriented: Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.


What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Experience with payroll systems or timekeeping solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Airline applications and infrastructure technology is preferred.
  • PMP and/or Black Belt certifications are welcome.
