Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions to improve claims processing, automate FNOL workflows, and optimize risk assessment.
- Leverage large language models (LLMs) to extract insights, generate recommendations, and streamline operations in the insurance and risk domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and risk specialists, to identify and solve key business challenges.
- Develop scalable, robust, and secure systems that integrate AI/ML capabilities into Risk and Insurance products.
- Drive innovation by researching and implementing the latest AI techniques and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, iterating to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on AI/ML technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI frameworks.
- Experience working with LLMs and natural language processing techniques.
- Proven ability to design and deploy machine learning models in production environments. Strong ability to learn and build end to end applications on top of the AI models.
- Knowledge of claims processing, FNOL systems, or risk management in the insurance domain is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and tools for AI/ML development and deployment.
- Experience with data engineering and working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of compliance, security, and ethical considerations in AI applications.
