Inclusively is partnering with a ride share company to hire a Director HR. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

Responsibilites:
- Owning our content management, calendaring, and monthly content planning process, with the help of our Social Specialists.
- Measuring and reporting on KPIs for each channel; identifying opportunities for growth and improvement (Dash Hudson, Siftsy). Using this data to compile campaign-specific reports and monthly/quarterly share outs. Communicating metrics and recaps upwards for exec share outs.
- Serve as content driver & approver for brand and social-driven initiatives, working in lock-step with our broader strategy team and creative teams (internal and external) to develop best-in-class content across platforms.
- Manage our social agency, facilitating bi-monthly status meetings and upleveling collaboration
- Leverage cross-functional collaboration skills to work with team leads, developing creative briefs against their initiatives and ideating strategic and creative ways in. Brief and manage the content creation against these briefs with our internal creative teams.
- Oversee and grow our community management program. Use internal tooling to distribute surprise and delight gifts and ride credits. Collaborate with brand marketing and comms teams to amplify these stories to build the company brand.
- Serve as point person for ad-hoc listening needs and social related crises. Feel comfortable navigating and handling sensitive subjects that accompany the rideshare industry.
- Manage one Social Specialist (formal people management experience is a plus)
- Keep up with platform updates and bringing those updates and opportunities to the strategy and creative team to explore.
- Bonus? Familiar with Airtable
Experience:
- 5 years of related experience in social media marketing, community management, or digital/content marketing
- Excellent writing and operational skills
- Strong interest in social media trends and creating conversation and content that engages, inspires, and spreads widely
- Skilled with measurement
- Proven ability to self-start, proactively build cross functional relationships, and manage your own projects/ time
- Solid interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for engaging with our social media communities
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with various teams and functions
- Strong project management skills
