Manufacturing Support Assistant – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Charlton, MA

We are currently seeking Manufacturing Support Assistants to join our production team. These positions are ideal for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and interested in supporting a high-tech manufacturing environment. Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Schedule & Pay
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Starting Pay: $19.80/hour (includes 10% shift differential)
Position Summary
As a Manufacturing Support Assistant, you’ll perform a variety of manual tasks to support part finishing and inspection. Job duties may rotate depending on business needs and include:

Ultrasonic and hand cleaning of parts

Demounting parts from assemblies

Double-side grinding and polishing

Mechanical and automated quality inspections

Documenting production data accurately

Reading and interpreting process documentation and routing sheets

Following all safety rules and using required safety equipment

Performing other similar duties as assigned
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Consistent and stable work history
-
Comfortable handling small and delicate components

Strong manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and visual acuity

Proficiency in English, including speaking, comprehension, reading, and writing

Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment

Reliable transportation to and from work

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and 9-panel drug test
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
