About This Opportunity
This position will be responsible for the analysis, troubleshooting and follow up on cases created at our call center and FLOS (Front Line Operations Support) for BOL (Buy Online) Order Inquiries and process returned BOL orders. The eComm Specialist will also audit and process completion components regarding specific policies outlined. This position will provide and maintain the highest level of quality and commitment to customer excellence to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Work cases created by our call center and FLOS teams to resolve various fraud and non-fraud issues with BOL orders. Contact customers to help locate missing orders.
- Process refunds/replacements for BOL orders.
- Support business and servicing request through the Order Management and Special Handling inboxes.
- Manage customer outreach for issues affecting multiple BOL customers; i.e. inventory outages.
- Process undeliverable BOL orders. Work with internal contacts for card vendors to rectify packaging/mailing issues.
- Handle special projects as necessary
Qualifications
- Must have demonstrated strong communication (written and oral), organizational, and time-management skill
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks while working independently, as well as, interact well with others.
- Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge required.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and dependability a must.
- Must be able to pass background and credit check in accordance with InComm’s certification requirements.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
