About This Opportunity
We are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer III who will be responsible for supporting the Encor team in aggressive Agile environments and delivering high quality software. We focus on career growth for our employees and innovation and performance with our technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot.API, NodeJS and Relational Database such as Oracle.
- Front End Development using Angular 15 , TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5
- Work directly with:
- Bootstrap, JWT, AG Grid, jQuery, NG Tables
- Mobile-first, Mobile-responsive design
- Role-based Access Control (RBAC),
- Cookie, Session and Cache Management
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills, Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deal with changing priorities.
- Ability to work with our product owners and subject matter experts at the highest levels, technical and non-technical.
- Ability to read existing code and contribute to product enhancements, critical fixes, and performance improvements.
- Participate in development efforts on a cross-functional product team in an agile environment.
- Collaborate on a tight-knit agile team, participate in daily stand-ups, estimating/planning, and retrospectives.
- Support testers, product teams, and customer-facing teams with troubleshooting assistance
- Examine failures and facilitate continuous improvement efforts within and across teams.
- Provide value wherever possible, be driven to get things done.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related areas.
- 4 years of development experience with Java, Spring Boot and Angular; Experience with NodeJS and Oracle SQL
- Experience in relational database design and working with ORM frameworks.
- Expert understanding of REST API Architecture and Management, CI/CD, Release Automation, Software Architecture and Standards, Automated Testing and the ability to implement them across the organization.
- Experience with Hibernate, SQL queries, relational databases and transaction management.
- Familiarity with AWS is a plus; Familiarity with DevOps and IaC like GitHub Actions is a plus.
- Technical background with good English-writing skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
