Overview : Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Vice President, General Counsel (“General Counsel”) will be a critical member of the executive leadership team and serve as the primary advisor to the CEO, executive management, and board of directors on all legal, compliance, and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional, SEC, litigation, compliance, employment, IP, and risk management experience. He / she will be a leader who is a true business partner, strategic, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and enjoys being in the trenches with colleagues actively contributing to the success of the organization.Location / Relocation : Huntsville, Alabama. This is an in-office role with a minimum of three days a week in the office.
