Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Incorporates the six principles of trauma informed care throughout all aspects of their work.
- Provides programmatic oversight and development specific to their programs.
- Ensures that the program has all resources needed.
- Provides clinical and administrative supervision as appropriate.
- Willingness to provide placement opportunities for interns.

- Manages Risk and Safety Concerns
- Stays abreast of agency policies, procedures, accreditation standards, and other compliance standards and provides training and support to their team.
- Provides on call support to program needs.
- Ensures staffing coverage.
- Provides oversight to their program budget and staffing requirements.
- Monitors and provides oversight into quality improvement measures for their program.
- Ensures training requirements are met as appropriate.
- Provides ongoing performance appraisal including recognizing strengths and responding to their staff's needs for professional growth, such as providing plans for support and improvement as needed.
- Participates in internal agency initiatives, workgroups, and committees as identified.
- Actively identifies, engages, and maintains partnerships within the community.
- Builds a culture of learning, connectedness and support.
- Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology, or related field.
- Preferred an Independent licensure as Counselor, Social Worker or Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Preferred a master's degree in counseling, social work or marriage and family therapy
- A minimum of two years of related experience managing behavioral health programming and staff
- General knowledge of Evidenced-Based Practices.
- Possesses the ability to work across multiple projects concurrently within a time-sensitive environment.
- High level of personal energy and possess a positive attitude.
- Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work well with others in a highly collaborative environment, learn quickly, be flexible and adapt to challenges.
