Location: Orlando, FL (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description:
- 8-10 years of Salesforce experience
- com Dev (PD1) certified PD2 Preferred
- Good Development, and Admin experience in Salesforce
- Expertise in Sales and Service cloud
- Experience developing applications in Salesforce using Classic or Lightning Experience, Lightning Components, Visual Force, Apex, REST API, SOAP API, Streaming API, Visual Workflows, Workflow rules, Process builder, Triggers, Validation rules, HTML, JavaScript and CSS, Apex Data Loader.
- Proficiency with Salesforce For outlook and integrations of salesforce with external systems.
- Develop Apex Class and Visual force pages in compliance with Salesforce.com recommended standards
- Knowledge on Reports & Dashboards, SOQL & SOSL preferred
- Experience with data migration using Data Loader preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and self-starter with the ability and desire to independently identify and lead investigations, analysis, identifying project scope through to development and delivery
- Experience in integration REST and SOAP based APIs.
- Candidate can work and deliver independently
- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
- Ensure the best possible quality of the application
- Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be a confident self-starter)
- Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging
- Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure code coverage
- Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Experience in writing batch classes
- Experience in encryption
- Develop unit testing automation and work with DevOps tools to automate deployment.
- Create and implement training materials.
- Add and remove responsibilities and duties from assigned offshore staff to accomplish project and task goals.
- Make decision about architectural approach and technical solutions
- Debug, test and implement new code.
- Receive and prioritize requests.
- Check effect on other models.
- Excellent verbal and written English Skills, demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Organized, efficient, and committed to get the job done while managing multiple priorities within scheduled timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with other parts of the organization
- Experience with platform encryption, FSC and Lightning migration from classic would be an asset.
