Position: UX Designer
Location: Omaha, Nebraska (ONSITE)
Duration: 6 months Plus
W2 Position
Who are we looking for?
UX Designer
Technical Skills:
Collaborate with Product to understand and gather requirements.
Conduct User interviews.
Define personas, user journeys and tasks flows.
Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness.
Experience working with complex interactions (management level dashboards, reporting)
Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively articulate interaction and design ideas.
Proficient with Invision tool
Experience with tools like FIGMA, Adobe XD, Sketch Good to have
Experience creating design system.
Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and technology teams
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
Experience working across Agile/Scrum and Lean UX
Work efficiently with cross functional teams.
Should have knowledge on Accessibility and strategize conforming solutions.
Process Skills:
Should have worked in Agile Project
