About the Position: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the ICU. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients and their families. You will assess patients' conditions, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' conditions and develop care plans that meet their individual needs
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans
- Administer medications and other treatments
- Monitor patients' responses to treatment and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
Requirements:
- ADN or higher degree in nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 1 year of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
- Ability to function effectively under stress
- Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
