Responsibilities
As an ER Nurse at Incredible Health, you will be the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care. Your responsibilities will include quickly assessing patient needs, prioritizing care, and monitoring health conditions. You will also administer medications, operate and maintain medical equipment, and participate in code blue situations. Additionally, you will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess an ADN or higher degree in nursing, along with an active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license. At least one year of experience in an emergency room setting is preferred, and ACLS and PALS certification is also highly desirable. If selected, you will be required to undergo training on advanced medical equipment and procedures.
