In this role, you'll apply your specialized training to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Your expertise will be essential in helping us achieve our mission of improving the health and wellbeing of each patient we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- TNCC - Trauma Nurse Core Course within 6 months of hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting
