Job Description
We seek a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department / ER Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting and possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care
- Treat patients suffering from trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions
- Assess patients' needs, prioritize care, and monitor health conditions
- Administer medications and operate medical equipment
- Participate in code blue situations and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- ADN or higher degree in nursing
- Preferred: ACLS, PALS certification and 1 year of experience in an ER setting
