Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a degree in nursing (ADN or higher) and an active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license. A minimum of one year of experience in an emergency room setting is preferred, along with ACLS and PALS certification.
You should also have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, and experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
