Barback

Incredibowl Entertainment Toledo is hiring Barbacks to join our team. In this role, you’ll be supporting the bartenders to ensure the efficient operation of the bar area. This role involves restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with customer service as needed.

A successful Barback thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and demonstrates a proactive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stocking and Inventory: Restock and replenish bar supplies, including glasses, napkins, garnishes, ice, and beverages.Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to bartenders or management.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure the bar area, equipment, and utensils are clean and organized.Remove used glassware, empty trash bins, and maintain a tidy work environment.
• Support Bartenders: Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes, collecting empty glasses, and handling minor tasks during busy periods.Provide backup support during high-volume service times.
• Customer Service: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.Address basic customer requests, such as refilling water or getting napkins.
• Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.Adhere to company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Stay Informed: Remain knowledgeable about upcoming center events to answer guest inquiries accurately.
• Maintain a Professional Appearance: Keep a neat and clean appearance while adhering to our dress code.
• Be Dependable & Responsible: Maintain the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

• Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Great ability to multi-task while maintaining close attention to detail
• Must have reliable transportation to and from our location in Toledo, OH
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be able to continuously stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift/push/pull over 25 pounds
• This position typically involves late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays. The Barback must be comfortable working in a noisy and crowded setting

Preferred:

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma
