Quality Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with a strong expertise in MS Excel and Quality Assurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products/services, maintaining high standards, and supporting the team in analyzing and improving quality metrics. The role requires proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and generating insights to drive process improvements and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing on products and services to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Design and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, macros, and dashboards to support decision-making and reporting.
• Monitor, measure, and report on quality metrics, ensuring timely resolution of issues and improvements in performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review product/service quality and provide insights for improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and issues, and work with teams to implement corrective actions.
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.
• Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to present findings, progress reports, and action plans.
• Train and mentor junior quality analysts on best practices, Excel usage, and quality assurance processes.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.77 - $24.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
