Job Summary:
The Director, Sales Operations will play a crucial role in supporting our Incyte Field Sales teams across the Dermatology portfolio. This position oversees the strategic development and execution of incentive compensation plans, targeting, call plan development/upkeep, field alignments, sales reporting, metric identification, and field team effectiveness.
This individual will lead the development of educational content in collaboration with Product Strategy and Sales Training to address ongoing analytical education and tactical execution opportunities.
