The Alliances Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing partners to identify technical issues and create solutions for shared clients. The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the integrations that allow Indeed's products to work more effectively with partner systems, which include applicant tracking system (ATS) providers, job board software providers and job distributors. The Alliances Analyst must be highly motivated and have strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

- Be a technical resource for internal and external client issues related to Indeed partners
- Solve technical problems to allow clients to better integrate their systems with Indeed
- Coordinate training activities with partners to help Indeed better understand partner systems
- Identify incoming opportunities for product integrations
- Complete projects that help educate internal teams about Alliances partners
- Provide technical support for existing partners
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent listener and effective communicator
- Ability to learn and understand different processes from third-party systems
- Experience working with ATSes and job distributors a plus
- Proven problem solver with strong technical and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work independently on short- and long-term projects
- Familiarity with XML/RSS feeds and FTP a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 2-5 years experience; business-to-business client-facing preferred
