Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Hourly Rate: $17.00/hr
Shift Times: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
Location: Houston, TX
really Flex is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist for one of their clerical clients in Houston, TX.
From August 29th, 2024 to October 31st, 2024, earn an extra $100 when you complete 5 consecutive shifts! Terms and Conditions apply.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in administrative roles.
- Experience in document control is a plus.
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to type at 60 words per minute.
- Skilled in navigating various software systems and operating office equipment.
- Strong document review and evaluation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review donor reaction reports, both electronically and manually.
- Conduct imaging and scanning of quality records and donor reaction reports.
- Create manual Purchase Requisitions (GC 2000 forms) in TrackWise, the Quality Assurance Incident Management System.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Temperature Control Units.
- Handle releasing or disposing of ineligible donations within the BEC system (e-Delphyn).
- Perform filing, organizing, and general administrative tasks as needed.
