Job Title: Assistant Maintenance Manager | $80k-$95k
Job Purpose:
The Manager of Maintenance ensures machine safety, minimizes downtime, and maintains product quality and productivity by overseeing electrical maintenance operations and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Oversee daily electrical maintenance of facilities, focusing on functionality and safety.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
- Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and maintenance inventory to reduce downtime.
- Provide technical support, training, and leadership to the maintenance team.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Ensure completion of safety training and compliance documentation.
- Address and resolve unsafe conditions and behaviors proactively.
Qualifications:
- Electrical maintenance experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Expertise in PLCs, robotics, and servo motors.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing electrical systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and control diagrams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- AA degree or equivalant experience.
- Availability for "on-call" work, including after-hours and weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
