Construction Quality Control Manager

Job Summary
The Quality Control Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position is responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and implementing quality assurance protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a keen eye for detail to ensure that all work meets contractual obligations and industry standards.

Duties

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to monitor adherence to quality standards.
• Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address any quality-related issues promptly.
• Review contracts to ensure that quality requirements are clearly defined and met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices for quality control and inspection techniques.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality inspections, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in construction quality management.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $53.00 - $56.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
