Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Manage client appointments and schedules, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
- Utilize phone systems to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date client records in our database.
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform quarterly visits with clients and routine caregiver check-ins.
- Ability to take detailed notes with each client for each visit and for each caregiver when performing caregiver check-ins.
- Ability to give detailed daily reports to Director at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License.
- Experience in home care is a plus.
- Willing to travel outside of the Johnstown area utilizing company vehicle.
- Proven experience in customer support or customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
