Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Indiana Box, a leading provider of value-added solutions in Greenfield, IN. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment downtime and optimize performance
- Analyze and repair mechanical and electrical problems on plant machinery
- Maintain and upgrade corrugating plant process equipment to achieve world-class results
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, reporting any incidents or issues promptly
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Requirements:
- 2-5 years' experience with Electrical and Mechanical Systems, troubleshooting
- Detailed knowledge of PLC's, motors, and electrical wiring codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
